I purchased the Garmin software for $79 for my Storm. I frequently try out new beta OSs like many others BB users. Each time I loaded a new OS I had to call Garmin tech support to get a new install code (an issue with my DM, I'm told). Their support was stellar! They never questioned. As well, I have read in other forums that users getting multiple replacement phones have had the same experience.
