A couple of questions:
1) When you go to your Control Panel -> Adminstrator Tools -> Services do you see the "BlackBerry MDS Services - Apache Tomcat Service" and is it currently running?
2) Do you see the MDS Development Server tray icon?
3) If the tray icon is there and you click on it and select show details, do you see any log information.. If you do can you post it?
