BB should really take a clue from this and start advertising the best features like email. I mean things like getting hotmail, yahoo, gmail, etc. instantly. IM clients for the same.
I would have bought a BB years before if I had known what BIS does. With over half of
new users on BIS last quarter, they really have to think consumer awareness.
