I originally posted this question on RIM software forum by mistake. Sorry about that..


I read a post here in the forum about restoring password keeper database by disabling the wireless sychronization temporily but it doesn't work for me.

Here is what I am encoutering.

I made the backup of password keeper but when I tried to restore it thru advance option, the arrow is grayed out. I also tried to restore it by selecting the ipd file that only contains password keeper but it says "cannot restore readonly database on device."

Is there way to restore this possible?
