Very well said, djm! It is almost as if they are afraid to compromise as they think they will be looked at as crossing party lines. Everyone one of them, on both sides of the aisle, stick so close to their party lines, that nothing is getting done. We need compromise, we need them to work together. This country is supposed to be by the people, for the people. But that's not what we're getting. One of the main issues is all the money in politics from big businesses. As long as that remains there, I am afraid nothing is going to change anytime soon. Why would politicians care what their constituents want when they have big businesses pushing big money at them to get their agenda across? I know not all politicians are corrupt like this, but I bet they're in the minority.
