Resize Picture can modify pictures on your BlackBerry phone:

Resize picture to smaller dimension in order to send it out as a MMS or reduce its byte size. You can decide it dimension by percent or width or height.
Rotate picture by 0, 90, 180, 270 degrees.
You can invoke this application by press MENU key when some picture in explorer is selected.
