Re: Keypad lock doesn't last
The first troubleshooting step for weird problems is a hard reset. That is, with the power on, remove the battery for at least 30 seconds. That will correct almost all software glitches.
Have you noticed any other keypad issues?
Have you dropped the device? Gotten it wet? Exposed it to even a little moisture such as a sweaty pocket or humid shower room?
