A last resort might be to do the equivalent of a reformat -- wipe your BlackBerry clean and reinstall BlackBerryOS with no data and no third party software. As if you received a Blackberry all over again.

But if it is easier to claim the warranty, and you already reinstalled anyway, so the chances are big that it is now a hardware problem!
