I'd go with Fortte's STi (as stated) or the
GizmoSkin - it's nice leather, has a slim ratcheting fixed clip, and has a smaller side profile than the OEM version. There were some problems reported with the previous version, but those have been addressed and it's a really nice case.
I ordered the STi in all leather with the fixed clip - it has the smallest profile and I don't care to wear it any way but vertical.
It's personal preference - do you want a flap or pouch style case?
