I suspect the majority of people do not realize the cloud service is totally unsecure. All Google and Microsoft are doing is reducing the PC local data and searching the cloud data for sales and other information.
As new anti virus software emerges blocking data extraction from users they get more and more secret in what and how they are collecting data.

Think anyone really reads the service agreements?
