Since the posting yesterday I've talked to USCellular (who said call blueant) & THEN Blueant who said talk to uscellular.... The Blueant people said that the headset will automatically set the bb volume to 50% - but IT'S AT 100%=distortion-they told me to send the headset in if I thought it was faulty, If I don't get this resolved I will just return it to the store I bought it from I guess, really diss at the lack of support from BOTH companies .... SO RELYING ON THE BB COMMUNITY for help! :P
