I use Windows 7 64-bit and have had no problems using Desktop Manager to sync between my BB (9630) and Outlook 2007. So it definitely works. I'm at a loss to even know what to suggest since mine worked flawlessly on both an older computer that was upgraded to Windows 7 64-bit and on a brand new computer that came with it loaded.

Only thing I can think of is to be sure that you have double checked all the settings to ensure that everything is set for two way sync.
