You're talking to the same group of people who complained that we started blocking web sites AFTER we told them what we were doing, why we were doing and how to get around ones that were simply unrated (and thus were blocked). Believe me, I'm a big believer in the help-yourself mentality, it simply doesn't work for some industries.
