On the main screen I have a "Service Required" message. I read some posts about using JL-Cmdr to wipe the phone and start fresh. Now when I put in command ##000000, the ESN(dec) is showing as 00000000000 and the ESN (hex) is 0. This is also evident under Status in Options.
The Bell Canada rep has said he has never seen that before. It is a clean phone.
Any ideas?
