I mean that wasn't possible in any BES version but at least in 4.1 you could pick the IT policy while creating user. They've changed lots of things that I liked in 4.1 but at some point you make piece with it and learn to live with less... As a matter of fact the only thing I like in BES 5.0 is the web UI...
