Occasional connection drop issues have been encountered when your device is connected using Bluetooth technology to the BlackBerry Desktop Software running on Windows Vista.
Impact: Though the BlackBerry Desktop Manager shows that your device is in a xxx8216;connectedxxx8217; state (via Bluetooth technology), the connection might drop and an error message will appear if you attempt to click Synchronize Now, Configure Synch or if you are attempting to back up device databases.
Workaround: Re-attempt the operation that caused the error to appear.
