If you asking how to record while playing on the phone to a video on the phone at the same time. it cannot be done. You will need to record from a different device.
think about it, the phone is running one app at a time with the level of IOS you have.
The new IOS on a new I-Phone 6 can do multiple apps at one time but may still not do what you want from the phone only.
