I have the same issue. Here is the message format I get:

This seems to be clearly sent by Blackberry. My email options on my handheld (Bold, 4.6.0.214) are carefully set to "Confirm Delivery: No" for all three of my email accounts. Why should one have to filter these? I want to stop them from being sent. And filtering does not stop them from going back to the sender.
This requires a solution to stop them from being sent. Filtering is not adequate. Any suggestions welcome.
