I have bought BlackBerry Passport recently everything seems really great but until I don't know what happened to my phone that I am impossible to change the home screen and lock screen wallpaper.

I have tried to wipe my phone, after that it was possible for me to change but after I restore my backup from my laptop it couldn't change again.

Anyone know what is my problem? is the software problem?

Because I have downloaded an app from internet which called 1Mobile app, is this could be the problem?

Please help.
