If you'd actually search or look around this forum for more than 30 seconds, you would quickly learn that you have to have OS 4.1 to run custom themes -- and that there is no OS 4.1 available for the 7250.
Sorry for the attitude, but I think I've seen this question asked in one form or another at least five times a day for the last two weeks.
