Multiple issues can cause this
1 defective battery
2 defective charger ( BB identifies the charger value )( requires 750 mill charger)
3 software upgrade is needed. BB has a problem with some versions on some chargers.
just get the latest OS.
The message is part of the OS and cannot be disabled.
please update the model and carrier on your profile.
