I don't think blackberry is any tougher or more troublesome to use than any similar device. It is different, and I've said so many times; but not difficult. If you read the documentation and know how to search, blackberry should be a piece o' cake for anyone.

Desktop Manager could be a lot better. I won't argue with that.

I like BIS. I like the pin concept and the way it works. To me it is a plus.

My new 9700 has crashed twice where I had to wipe and load. I was totally surprised and disappointed. That's never happened to me before with a blackberry. Hardware has always been great. I hope to never see a crash again. Now I worry when I travel, and there's no way I'm leaving the netbook at home and end up not being able to recover.
