I just activated a BIS plan with my carrier (already contacted them/they say it should work fine), have gone to hrt, under anvanced options and it registered, have done hard start up twice and still no personal e mail account set up. I don't get the option of selecting the "Blackberry Internet Service Email Options" which is the option I want
The carrier said the gprs indication should turn to capital letters GPRS soon, but nothing is happening.
Can someone help please?
