Well I got it a few days ago and I am very impressed. The pictures and he videos are outstanding,as is the web browsing. Typing takes some getting used to. As you said bbs have superior Messaging but that's not to say the droids are lacking much. A unified message box would be nice as would the ability to use custom ringers for message types and contacts. Overall the capabilities of this phone are mind blowing. It's wild how far technology has progressed since I got my 9700. In the end, im sorry yet glad to say I left RIM.
