If you've searched then you may have found some recommended unlocking code vendors. That's the best you will get. Unfortunately I don't have any to recommend, and I couldn't say whether any past recommendations from others are still valid. I guess my next step were I in your situation would be try another service provided it gives money back guarantee. But know you have limited tries, and there is know way around that.
Keep in mind the device you name is very old. I don't know how these things work, but I wonder if the data may have just been dropped from the records at some point.
