Problems with Facebook

Since I downloaded the latest version of the Facebook application for my phone (Blackberrry 9360) I have encounteered three significant issues. 1) The spell check on Facebook no longet works. 2) The phone hangs, when scroling through Facebook notifications. 3) Often pictures posted by friendS, will not open. Is there any solution to these problems?
