The 8703e has a full size keyboard, hence no "predictive text" applications in it.
I don't think there are any you could add.
Why would you need one with a full keyboard?
Check with your carrier to see if they offer any voice dialing capabilities.

BlackBerry Messenger is only used between two BlackBerry devices.
You can't use it to communicate with a Treo.
You'd need to install some type of MSN IM client on your BlackBerry, if permitted by your company. Something like JiveTalk.
