Dear All, what is your experience and practices about BES 5 / ESX / HA (Fail-Over) ?

We are about to move 3 BES 4.1.7 Domino (local MSDE) to a new environment (ESX)
Doing this move, we also would like to go for one centralised SQL DB for all BES (including fail-over)

We are planning to do a phased migration of the BES to the new environment.
Three servers, international (400 users), national (500), test (20).

Now regarding the component set up, in my opinion as we have only 920 users, it make no sense to actually install every Blackberry Service and Component for itself and enable a dedicated standby for them.

By your practices and experience, what services & components make sense to stand alone and which not ?

What are your experiences with RIM's HA or are you using third-party software to do that ?
