To go from Voicemail to Email you need a service, not a program. There are a few available, I just read a review about one, sorry but I don't recall the service, I think it was on cnet. In short, they said the service wasn't perfect but you would get the an email with the general idea of the subject.

Simuscribe seemed to get a lot of talk here as they were/are giving out free voicemail boxes so you can get a visual voicemail experience free; I perfer grandcentral.com. Personally, I'd love a voicemail to email service as I receive sometimes 10 or 15 voicemails a day. However, with that volume and at $0.25 each, I'll spend more on that service than on my cell service.

My recommendation, go with grandcentral, if you can getan invite, simulscribe or one of the other web based voicemail services. They are free and you get an much easier to manage voicemail system. If you can afford it go for the voicemail to text services; you can get a free trial.
