So this is weird. With the services running on the new server, I did a netstat and it's not even listening on port 3443. Also, when I run the BB Server config on the new server, it is listing data for the old server int he Admin service page. So I switch it over to the new server and it indeed shows nothing running on the new server. I am confused. I guess I will try and re-install it on the new server again.
