We have a enterprise server in the office and hook up to it for emails. We can PIN or BBM members within the server but anyone external doesnt work. It will go to their phone, or get to mine but then it never moves out of pending. We have searched through all the rules and cant find how to turn it on. PLEASE HELP!!
