Sprint is hosting an event Wednesday at ICEBAR Orlando. Hannah Teeter (Olympic skier) is supposed to be there for pics and autographs.
TMobile has a party Tuesday on the Solaris Terrace Deck, before the big WES shindig (kudos for a Tuesday event instead of just a Wednesday event like all the rest), and a pool side party on Wednesday as well.

I agree that the AT&T event is usually the one to attend Wednesday night, but I always hit the TMobile event on Tuesday, and usually try to drop in on theirs early Wednesday too.
