Incorrect. You must press (or hold) ALT and then press LEFT SHIFT. Following those directions accomplishes nothing.

Incorrect. It
doesn't stay on - that's the problem.
The problem is clearly with their software, as NUM lock works as intended anywhere else I've tried it.
