The handheld is configured by default to delete email messages on the handheld only, so that's why the deletes don't 'synch' back to Outlook.
This configuration can be changed to delete on both the handheld and Outlook:
- while in Messages, chose Options from the menu
- Open Email Reconciliation
- Highlight - Delete On: Handheld
- Select 'Change Option' from the menu
- Select 'Mailbox & Handheld'
- Save the change
From now on, items deleted on the handheld will also be deleted from Outlook.
