When i click on user's properties, BES start trying to install something 4 times and it fail with an error 1706

"Error 1706: No valid source could be found for product blackberry Enterprise Server for Exchange...."

I click cancel 4 times and finally see the properties. What may cause this problem and how to get rid of it. The BES has been completely installed and is already running.
