Default Celcom User having problem on WIFI Connection

I am new BB Bold user under Celcom unlimited data plan. The product is great and I love the product as it serves my busines purposes especially email very well.

Unfortunately, I encountered a problem in getting connect my Bold onto hotel hotspot. After two nights browsing thru a lot of Thread, I realised my Bold from Celcom does not come with "Hotspot" option at option>setup> set up WIFI connection despite it is clearly stated in the user manual. Without this option, I cannot go to the page to key in the user id and password thru a webpage becfore accessing to internet thru WIFI.

There is not "Hotspot" option at the browser options>General Properties>Default Browser> celcom/Internet Browser.

I guess the option has been taken off purposely so we can't connect to hotspot to mimimise the data usage which good revenue to the operator although it is not different for user who has unlimited data plan but slower speed.

The worst thing is, it becomes real high cost if we are in roaming. Just like now, I am having this problem roaming in US for two weeks and not able to connect to Hotel free hotspot to download the email.

I do not have any problem to connect to my office WIFI with WEP setting.

Any solutions? Help, help, help....

Can Celcom customer having same problem?
