We have about 80 9780s here, all nearly 2 years old now. In the last few months I've been seeing more and more white screen problems, where the phone appears to be functioning perfectly except that the screen is white. The dealer is replacing them under warranty, so they aren't cracked.

I also assume that this isn't caused by dropping them or wetting them, or the dealer wouldn't be replacing them without question.

Does anyone know what could be causing this fault, and why there would suddenly be so many developing it all of a sudden?
