I looked in the BBerry FAQ and could not find it, I also looked in the desktop manager that came with it and couldn't figure out how to save my Phone (Not Sim) contacts to the computer in case i need to ever wipe the phone.

Also another question when I formatted my media card the set tunes i had on there remained on the phone even though when i looked under profile: normal it showed T-Jingle as the default ringtone. Obviously it saves the ringtone somewhere, can i only clear that memory by doing a full wipe?
