How are you getting these speeds?
What com port driver / modem driver?
What version of USB?
Is this only available from certain providers?

Edit: I figured it out!

I had to update by bluetooth drivers and install the bluetooth stack from toshiba.
After the update I was given the option to select speeds above 115200.
