Wow, thanks for the great info. I'm about at my limit with Sprint, espcially their version of customer service. This really helped.
The EVDO issue was strange to me. Just b/c the phone is EVDO capable, does that mean that I need to utilize that feature?
I really feel that if it wasn't for Sprint's plans, I'd be gone in a second.
