Mobile Administration Solution Now Features Incident Management

OTTAWA, Canada – August 5, 2009 – Rove Inc., leading developer of network administration software that provides smartphone-based management of IT systems and infrastructure, today announced the latest version of its flagship product. Mobile Admin 4.2.6 introduces support for the industry-leading BMC Remedy Service Desk and BMC Performance Manager Portal.

For the first time in the product’s history, Mobile Admin now extends incident management out to the smartphone through the support of BMC Remedy Service Desk, the industry’s leading incident and problem management solution. This newest release also supports BMC Performance Manager Portal, which allows administrators to view system status at the group, element, application or parameter levels. IT administrators can then directly resolve any issues using Mobile Admin.
