The FAQs are very nice and include screeen shots....
I will step you through your themes.
Menu>options>Theme (highlight the one you want and Menu>Activate
(If you want custom themes you will have to load them just like an application)
OTA stands for Over The Air and is used to install programs by pointing your BB Browser to the link provided as opposed to downloading to your PC and using the desktop manager to load.
Color Pearl is a program, if you search for it here on the forums I am sure you can find an OTA link.
