Ok got off the phone with TMO level 2 support and they say that there is a problem getting email fromt he outside to the BB. They said that my messing with the email setting had nothing to do with it. When it clears up I should get my email no problem.
If I had a dollar for every time they said that and I had to call in anyway ......
