Try DTM v6. That should clear up the problem. I was running Win7/64 with Office/Outlook 2007 and DTM v5.0 and had no problems. When I upgraded to Outlook 2010/32 bit, it wouldn't sync anything. When DTM 6 was released recently I upgraded and everything is fine now.
When you upgrade, you may have to reset your sync settings.
