Meh.. Their customer service is OK, their data technical support isn't that great but the network is what has kept me with Verizon for the past several years. Anywhere that I have travelled in the USA, it has been clear to me that VZW was the right choice. I've got coverage EVERYWHERE, and even though Cust Svc isn't that great, at least they are there 24/7.
