Shouldn't matter. Are the LED colors/blinks just for different alerts or are there different colors/blinks for specific contacts? If it's the latter then whether it works or not depends on how you have caller ID set up with Google Voice and I suspect that SMS wouldn't work (since they don't come from/go to the number of your contact).
