Very nice having all this in one spreadsheet -- did you pull the info from scripts or the database? I've been manually updating my own sheet with each new service pack that comes out.

http://www.blackberry.com/knowledgec...jAction=browse. Last modified date of 23 March 2006, it includes all the 4.1 options and also cross-references the version of BB device software needed for each item.
