I felt like that for a long time but learned to make piece and live with all these issues surrounding bes 5.0.3. And if you are not planning to upgrade to exchange2010,sql2008 etc you can run 4.1 just fine for some time more and hopefully new BES will be released. I also miss the part where I could recover dead device and load software configuration from Blackberry Manager itself. Right now you'd need to use desktop manager or use bas and have software assigned to a user. But with faulty OS it is hard to do. Half of the time assigning software even in perfect circumstances will not work. Still miss old 4.1 version but getting used to this one more and more. Problem is that we remember better days and ppl who just start with BES 5.0 they don't know for better. At least in some way better.
