One of my users has a problem with Password Keeper. Last week, it works fine but now, after Chrismas
, the program gives this issue:
A password entry created on 21/5/2005 is protected by an old password. Please enter the old password to convert the entry:
You can enter the "old" password, but the user isn't sure that this one is correct and nothing happens. You can press cancel, but then you leave password keeper. The last option is "delete entry", but we don't know what entry cause the problem.
Can somebody help me or give some advise?
