Hi Guys and Girls,
I'm trying to get to the bottom of a fault with a customer and my application.
If the application does its https requests through their BES everything works fine.
If the application connects through GPRS it works fine.
If the application connects via 3G the requests fail with a 408 response. I've been trying to track down someone at 02 but obviously this is quite specific and the support guys (although very helpful, I was impressed!) couldn't really lead me to the right answer.
Does anyone here know who could contact/ask for help on this issue?
I've posted another thread on the blackberry developer support forums, but we're kinda stumped as to where to go next.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
p.s the thread on the support forums has the title "Connection issues: HTTP 408 responses.". I'm not allowed to post URLs here yet
